Payments are made through the online resident portal and can be funded using ACH, credit or debit cards, checks, money orders, or cash at participating retail locations, including CVS, 7-Eleven, and Walmart.
Yes. Residents are required to maintain liability insurance throughout their lease term. As a convenience, liability and personal contents coverage can be included in your monthly lease charges with our partnership with Beagle Insurance. You may also verify your proof of coverage with another insurance provider.

Yes. FLATZ 520 offers lease renewal options that may include shorter lease terms or month-to-month arrangements, depending on availability. Renewal offers are typically provided to residents at least 60 days prior to lease expiration, and a written 60-day notice is required if you choose to move out.

Rent is due on the first of each month, with a grace period through the third. A late fee of $50 is charged on the fourth of the month, plus $10 per day until the balance is paid. Partial payments are not accepted. Additional legal or court fees may apply if rent remains unpaid.

Residents may request reasonable apartment modifications or accommodations by submitting a written request to the leasing office for review. Approved modifications may require the apartment home to be restored to its original condition before move-out.
